Lawrence Health Services is Hiring a HR Employment Coordinator Near Walnut, AR
Lawrence Healthcare is seeking an engaging, and talented HR Employment Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for the employment, recruitment and retention functions including but not limited to: recruiting, interviewing and hiring qualified candidates for open positions, advertising and posting job openings, facilitating the recruitment & retention committee, attending job fairs, networking and establishing partnerships with community partners in accordance with our policies, and applicable state/federal laws.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS in Business, Human Resources or other related degree is preferred.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience is desired.
- Experience in ATS is a plus.
- Technology savvy, flexible and a self-starter; being highly detail-oriented.
- Familiar with state and federal employment laws such as Title VII, FLSA, ADA, & DOL.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
