Service Advisor Qualifications

• Service advisor experience required
• Dealership experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects based on workload and parts availability
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check

• I-CAN Kids – Arrow Ford provides free childcare for its employees through the I-CAN Kids program. I-CAN Kids is an on-site child recreation program for school aged children. Afterschool care is offered throughout the school year as well as fulltime childcare on Saturdays, holidays, bad weather days, and during the summer holiday.
