Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment, along with exceptional leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Active Ohio license with supervisory endorsement (LICDC-CS or LISW) required.
- Active Ohio Medicaid Provider Number.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Behavioral Health/SUD field.
Job Duties: As the Clinical Director, you will:
- Lead and guide a diverse behavioral health team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Conduct individual and group supervision sessions to support the professional development of staff members.
- Evaluate substance use disorder programs and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness and outcomes.
- Train and assess clinical staff to ensure competency and compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Create a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and collaboration among team members.
