You should have experience with residential or commercial lawn mowing. You are able to work with minimal supervision, as part of a team, and direct the activities of two or more team members. As a Lawn Mowing Crew Leader, you are enthusiastic, personable, detail oriented, honest, reliable, and self-motivated. You have a working knowledge of lawn mowing and maintenance techniques.

The Lawn mowing Crew Leader will be responsible for safely and efficiently coordinating the lawn mowing and maintenance efforts while providing excellent customer service that meets or exceeds the standards of clients and management. The Lawn Mowing Crew Leader will also be an integral part of Lawn Masters snow and ice management system in the winter.

You must be comfortable operating lawn maintenance equipment, such as zero turn lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers. We pride ourselves in keeping our clients’ exterior safe and looking beautiful, so our team works in various types of weather conditions and performs maintenance duties to ensure employee safety during inclement weather by removing debris, snow, and ice from communal walkways and spaces.

Must have license and 1 year experience being a leader to qualify.
