Looking for a licensed applicator to start immediately. 20 - 40 hours a week and weekends off. Candidate can work more than 40 if needed. This position is year round. In the winter we push snow or work on the shop. In the winter we also work on training manuals, marketing materials and paid CEU education certification upkeep.

Job duties include driving a professional spray truck. Your typical week includes fertilizing residential lawns, spraying weeds in flower beds and doing exterior pest control.

Candidates must have a valid pesticide license in lawn and structural.

Pay starts at $21-$23 depending on experience and availability.

Responsibilities and Duties

Key Job Responsibilities

• Mixing your tank for the days services.
• Informing the clients how their lawns are by mobile application that you input on your phone.
• Follow up with certain treatments that requires follow up.
• The average size tank you’ll go thru daily is roughly 100 - 250 gallons.
• Spotting and tracking crabgrass, necrotic ring, grubs, heavy weeds and other irregularities.
• Training Mow technicians what to look for when mowing lawns and how to communicate that.
• Provide routine maintenance on the truck and equipment.
• As we grow you’ll be responsible for training new technicians.
