Lawn & Irrigation Technologies NW is seeking a highly skilled and experienced irrigation foreman to join our team. As the irrigation foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of irrigation and landscape construction projects from installation and repairs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a team of irrigation technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems

- Coordinating with with the owner and office manager to develop irrigation plans and schedules

- Ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget

- Monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance

- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the course of a project

- Training and mentoring irrigation technicians to ensure high quality workmanship

- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3-5 years of experience in irrigation installation and maintenance

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of irrigation systems and equipment

- Valid driver's license and insurance driving record

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines

- Proficient in using landscaping tools and equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.37 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
