Accounting Clerk Position Summary
As an Accounting Clerk, you will work in an office environment. We are looking for a high-energy professional who wants to be part of a team environment.
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities
- Filing paperwork
- Dealership accounting projects
- Answering the switchboard; acting as back up to the receptionist
- Assisting billing clerk, when needed (training provided)
- Other job duties may include rebate and incentive postings
- General administrative office duties
- Use of Excel and other Office programs
- Accounting-related experience; at a dealership is preferred
- Ability to take notes and willingness to learn new skills
- Credits vs Debits
- Organizational Skills
- Communication Skills with Clients, as well as Coworkers
- Detail-Oriented
- Self-Motivated
- Multi-tasking skills
- Research and Problem-Solving Skills
- Dependability / Reliability
- Prior payroll and billing experience a plus, but not required
- Previous title work in a dealership is a plus
- Please list any and all previous dealership experience on resume
