Internal Service Writer / Service Dispatcher

As an Internal Service Writer / Service Dispatcher, you will generate repair orders for new vehicle inspections, used vehicle trade ins in preparation for sales. You will handle any customer mechanical issues after the sale, and hand out work to the technician staff as it is given to you by the Service Consultants. The proper candidate will have some mechanical knowledge, with the ability to determine the knowledge of which technician has the best skills to perform the different jobs. The Candidate must be computer literate in order to generate and close repair orders, and must have good people skills in order to work with customers, co-workers, and sales managers.

This is a full-time position Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of new and used inventory vehicles and service customer vehicles.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience after the sale by carrying out those additional needs that allows the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
