Job Type: Full-time
Position Summary: 45 year, state-wide law firm who is seeking a highly motivated and Illinois Bar licensed Attorney to take charge pf a proven and sustaining docket, complete with fully managed and trained experienced paralegals. Candidates with 3 years or more experience in litigation preferred.
We are looking for someone with strong negotiation skills, ability to manage time and case load, ability to communicate effectively, and a team player who will engage in the practice of people, and who is open to ongoing learning opportunities and long-term investment.
You will be a part of a fast-paced team environment and will have all the needed support to allow you to grow as a lawyer and to focus on the proper workup of your cases in preparation for settlement or litigation.
Other facets of the position are to support the firm mission and values and align, motivate and inspire other team members to deliver exceptional high-quality results by their consistent example and influence. In addition, all employees are responsible for fostering a positive work environment by building effective working relationships, making sound decisions while delivering and achieving high-quality, customer-focused results.
Location: Remote Illinois, however must be able to travel state-wide.
Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
