Our mid-size firm practices various areas of law focusing on Corporate, Business, and Civil Litigation.
We are looking for a Corporate/Business Legal Secretary, which includes a lot of lengthy documents and contracts which means you will need to be a great typist and proofreader. There will be some dictation you will need to transcribe from tapes. Experience in transcription is desirable, however, we will train you on how it works if you don’t have experience.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 plus years as an experienced Legal Secretary, be able to type 65 wpm or more, be very detail oriented, and be an excellent proofreader.
