Trusts and Estates Paralegal

The Law Offices of Robin Burner Daleo, PLLC is currently seeking a seasoned Trusts and Estates Paralegal to join our legal team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of two years of comprehensive experience in handling estate planning, probate, administration, and trust matters.

Trusts and Estates Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys as needed in all aspects of the probate and administration process.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, and estate accountings.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other interested parties.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases as needed.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with attorneys and support staff to facilitate smooth case progression.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.

Trusts and Estates Paralegal Requirements:

• Minimum two years of Trusts and Estates paralegal experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Notary preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
