Law Offices of Lawrence D. Rohlfing, Inc., CPC we are a small business in Santa Fe Springs, CA. We have been practicing for over 35 years, specializing in Social Security Disability cases.

Responsibilities:

Manage claimants file utilizing various CRM platforms

Client communication - Take all client calls, respond to emails and meet with clients in-person office visits; provide status and obtain information as needed from clients.

Mange File Development and Filing appeals through the administrative process within deadline limits.

Follow-up with the agency (SSA) on processing of claims, appeals and outstanding notices.

Requesting medical records and follow-up on outstanding requests, including requesting reduced invoices for high-cost record bills from medical facilities.

Overlooking attorney calendar for scheduled hearings.

Review and process incoming mail as set in within practice of the firm.

Translate for attorney when needed for consultation, pre-hearing preparation and appointments/calls.

Requirements:

-Must be bilingual spanish
- Previous experience as a legal case manager or in a similar role preferred, not required
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling high call volumes
- Familiarity with casae management systems, CRM's, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
