Boutique personal injury law firm is seeking an excellent Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation-Paralegal for their growing Boynton Beach office.

This is a Full Time Position; However, Part-Time work is also available, as well as flexible schedules within the litigation department.

The right candidate will be reliable, highly organized, and be able to work independently when needed in matters relating to court filings, legal research, drafting pleadings/discovery, drafting motions, pre-trial and trial preparations.

License:

Solid work experience in the plaintiff's personal injury legal field is what we are looking for.

Not required: Paralegal Certificate/Florida Bar Certified

Requirements:

Proficient in File Vine, or other comparable case management software; E-filing, Pacer, Motion Preparations, Pre-trial and Trial Preparations; Prepare attorney for court hearings, set hearings/depositions/mediations and manage calendar deadlines.

Candidate should possess the ability to draft pleadings and discovery documents for attorney review, as well as be able to handle other legal matters, including assist with pre-suit litigation. Meet and interact with clients.

Excellent organizational and writing skills.

Knowledge of Florida & Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Personal Injury Paralegal with Trial Experience, preferred.

Additional Information:

Full-Time 9am to 5pm; Flexible schedules.

If Part-Time, hourly 28-32 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Salary and Hourly pay commensurate with experience within the personal injury litigation field.
