Legal Assistant/ Case Manager - (Senior Positions Available)

Job Description:

Our law firm needs an experienced Legal Assistant/ Case Manager to serve as the liaison between medical providers and clients. As the assigned Case Manager, we are looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all types of pre-litigation cases including auto, dog bites, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.
• Opening claims, sending representation letters, setting clients up with medical providers, managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, sending D.M.V. documents, requesting medical records, bills, and confirming medical balances.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of responding quickly to the needs of the clients.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish – (Preferred)
• Able to work M - F (8:30am - 5:30pm OR 8:00am - 5:00pm)
• Minimum of 2 years of case management experience in the field of personal injury
• Must be good a multi-tasking and being organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
