Exciting opportunity for an experienced paralegal in our Wilmington office. The best candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Personal Injury – motor vehicle, premises, construction site, truck accidents.

Responsibilities include:

Drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery and routine motions.

Reviewing and organizing discovery materials.

Extensive client contact.

Coordinating with expert witnesses.

Collecting and summarizing medical records.

Assist in trial preparation including assembling evidence to support damages, creation of demonstrative exhibits and compiling trial exhibits.

Research and resolution of liens.

Salary: $50,000.00 commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time
