Legal Receptionist
Family Law office in Carlsbad is currently seeking a legal receptionist/secretary to join their team. Responsibilities include communicating heavily with clients and opposing counsel, maintaining calendars, supporting paralegal, and routine office tasks.
Qualified candidates will have:
-Good interpersonal/client interaction skills, high level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, electronic and written calendaring skills, excellent organizational skills, proactive, resourceful and the ability to multi-task and prioritize is a must. Document management system experience is also a priority.
- Must be responsible, reliable, personable, detail oriented, organized, and jump in as a team player in busy professional and confidential environment.
- Self motivation is a must as there is a high level of autonomy.
- 1 years working in an office environment. Prior experience in a law firm is a plus but is not required.
