Job Overview:
Premier MetroWest personal injury firm in Framingham is seeking attorneys, paralegals or claims professionals, preferably with experience in the personal injury field. It will be very helpful if the candidate has insurance claims background. Full time and part time positions available.

We are also looking for a receptionist with good computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and experts to obtain necessary documentation
- Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on case progress
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones and managing calendars and emails.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent proofreading and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
