Requirements:

• 2 years of professional office experience;
• Ability to multitask using analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and ability to prioritize;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
• Positive attitude;
• Strong team player;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Ability to achieve a consistently high level of productivity;
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office;
• Experience with case management software;
• Perform related duties as assigned; and
• Bilingual (English/Spanish, preferred).
