Full Job Description

The Sales Lead Qualifier provides support to the Lawyer sales team by fielding and contacting prospective clients through online and incoming call leads. There is a sales element involved in this position. We require the candidate to be able to conduct themselves professionally and answer prospective clients’ questions. The Sales Lead Qualifier will conduct a pre-screening prior to forwarding them along to a lawyer. JC Law currently receives hundreds of leads every week that need to be timely harvested, reviewed, and managed. The Sales Lead Qualifier also provides general customer and administrative support. Other duties will include projects related to customer experience, working in Hub Spot and supporting the needs of the Sales team.

Essential Duties:

1. Answer inbound emails and calls from the company’s prospective clients.

2. Answers any questions the client may have and sets up appointments for clients to speak directly to a lawyer.

3. Schedule meetings with lawyers as needed.

Requirements:

1. College degree preferred.

2. Previous customer service experience preferably in a call center environment;

3. Data Entry Skills to type at fast speeds with high accuracy;

4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written forms;

5. Organizational skills;

6. Ability to work in a team;

7. Positive attitude a must.

This position is for a person who:

• Has expertise in the CRM software and holds certification(s) from HubSpot Academy
• Can collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues
• Is extremely organized, able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Has a high level of attention to detail, managing the integrity of marketing systems and the CRM data
• Is skilled in resolving technical CRM issues, including responding to customization requests
• Has a sense of urgency and can rise to the occasion

This is a full-time position with a starting wage of $18 - $ 25per hour, based on experience, with a range of benefits available.
