I am a solo family law attorney seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to aid in the day-to-day business of my family law practice. You will provide overall support to the attorney's' business needs. Responsibilities: * Administrative including answering phones, scheduling appointments * Maintain good rapport and contact with clients * Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including discovery requests and responses * E-file legal documents within the court * Record and store client information in both physical and digital formats * General office upkeep and restocking of supplies ​ Qualifications: * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Deadline and detail-oriented * Excellent typing, proofreading, and grammatical skills * Proficient in Microsoft WORD and Excel software * Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality Company Description Solo attorney practitioner, family law.
