Law Office of David Shapiro seeks a full-time bookkeeper.

Criterion is simple: 3 years work experience with a law firm.

This law firm handles large sums of money for a very active case load in personal injury.

Escrow and expense accounts must be meticulously maintained and survive an IRS audit.

Use of all the accounting software programs is essential -- especially, Quickbooks is a MUST.

MUST have a 0% error rate in the accuracy of financial accounting and bookkeeping spread across 8 different escrow, expense, payroll, and business accounts.

Must be professional, good sense of humor in a relaxed but busy office, at-ease with clients and co-workers, and able to multi-task.
