Law Firm seeking Driven Applicants is Hiring a Law Clerk Near Des Moines, IA

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Law Clerk to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in legal research, document review, and analysis to support our attorneys in various cases.

**Duties:**

- Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis

- Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence

- Review and analyze documents for case preparation

- Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and preparation

- Support in litigation preparation and trial proceedings

- Perform general counsel support tasks as needed

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree

- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant is a plus

- Proficiency in legal research methods and tools like Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and analyze complex legal documents

- Knowledge of document review processes and procedures

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position offers valuable experience in the legal field, exposure to various aspects of law practice, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
