Busy workers’ compensation law firm, with an excellent reputation for zealously representing injured workers, is seeking a Claims Examiner/Hearing Representative with 5 years experience working within the workers’ compensation system. Job duties include managing claims from the initial filing to resolution, including but not limited to, reviewing and rating medical reports, securing medical treatment and disability benefits, assessing value, and settling cases. Insurance adjusters with experience processing workers’ compensation claims are encouraged to apply.
