Salary:

Call Center Agent
Busy medium size law firm located in Greensboro is seeking a full-time call center agent for our collections department. Candidate must have collections customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment, handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast paced environment. Candidate will need to be well-versed in Microsoft’s suite of programs and data entry, able to type at least 75 wpm and be familiar with general office work including but not limited to printing, scanning, and mail machines. Candidate should be very organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a high volume workload. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

This is a full-time, in office position with a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability coverage, and 401k match.

Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities:
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics including the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Inform clients by explaining the process, answering questions, providing information and researching issues
• Collect customer information pertinent to business objectives such as name, address, demographic and financial information
• Document all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

• Previous experience in a collections customer service/support role
