We are seeking an experienced and responsible Superintendent to join our Landscape & Pool Construction team. They must be someone who wishes to work for a dynamic company that is growing rapidly and is all about promoting its top achievers. This person should have at least 4 years of luxury/high-end construction management experience, be a great communicator, and have excellent time management skills. They must also demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for design, construction, and the industry in general. Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

This is a base incentive position, with a base range of $55K - 70K, but with the following opportunities for a top-tier performer to easily boost their income into the 6 figures:

• Monthly incentive opportunity to earn additional salary (up to 20%)

Responsibilities:

• Direct, guide, and oversee our crews
• Daily communication and/or updates with clients through our project management platform.
• Fulfill daily quality control visits to crews on adjustments and corrections based on construction documents and engineering.
• Follow up with 3rd party crews' schedules to maintain completion goals set by construction team.
• Report job completion to pay crews accordingly every other week.
• Quality control of projects, change orders, correspondence, etc...
• Run materials as needed to keep the flow of construction moving.

Qualifications & Skills: 4 years of experience minimum

• Knowledge in landscape irrigation, plant/tree identification, pavers/travertine, masonry, structures, and pool construction.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing and metal construction.
• Understanding and ability to review CAD plans.
• Ability to review permits and speak to them with inspectors present as needed.

This is primarily a field position, with occasional office attendance as needed.
