We are searching for a full-time bookkeeper/Accountant to join our Internal Operations team in Naperville, IL. This role is required to be in the office daily (Monday- Friday) but has flexible hours.

Essential job duties:

• Prepare weekly client billing schedules and corresponding invoices
• Process firm expenses and prepare monthly reconciliations
• Create and maintain various reports within firm accounting systems
• Assist with A/P and A/R functions, including collections
• Prepare and track engagement letters for clients
• Enter new engagements into firm accounting system
• Review and approve weekly employee time cards
• Support general operations duties

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field of study required
• 1-6 years of general accounting experience required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize as needed
• Strong organizations skills and detail-oriented
• Highly motivated, self-starter, with a positive attitude
• Team-player with a willingness to pitch in on ad-hoc projects
• Prior experience in a professional office setting preferred but not required
• Experience working with Practice CS a plus
