Position/Title: Associate Facilities Director

Reports To: Director of Facilities

Position Summary
The Associate Facilities Director will have a hands-on role and will assist with maintaining and supervising the buildings and operations of the Lyman and Butler Campuses of Laurel School.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering/ relevant field or an equivalent amount of experience and education. Eight years progressively responsible experience in physical plant operations or related areas (e.g. HVAC, carpentry, masonry, etc.); with three years minimum of supervisory experience required. Proficient use of hand and power tools. A positive attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated success in a work setting requiring collaboration, cooperation and collegiality is essential. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel) and Gmail is required.
License/Certification:
Valid Ohio driver's license with safe driving record.
