Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Assist with dental coding and billing procedures
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology,
- Knowledge of insurance verification
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Eaglesoft
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
