This is a full time CNC Machinist/Operator position. Must have a minimum of 3 years of CNC experience to be considered for the positions welding experience a plus!

Summary:
The CNC Setup Operator & Machinist position requires a skilled individual with a strong foundation in blueprint reading, mechanical knowledge, and manufacturing. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers is essential. Experience with CNC lathe operations and programming is a must, along with the ability to work with tools like Mazatrol and GD&T. Knowledge of electrical discharge machining, CAM programming, and CAD software is highly valued. Familiarity with Fanuc systems, bore gauges, and hand tools is beneficial. The ideal candidate should also have experience in areas such as lean manufacturing, plastics injection molding, and using coordinate measuring machines. Additionally, the ability to perform tasks involving welding and assembly, as well as operating power tools, will be advantageous in this role

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Set up and operate CNC Mills and CNC Lathes
• Set-up, operate and make G-Code edits for 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC mills and CNC lathes with little to no supervision
• Select correct tooling to complete machining operations based on instructions and drawings
• Move material to stations or to stock
• Perform general housekeeping/clean up in assigned area
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols
• Strong foundation to read blueprints and understand basic concepts of GD&T
• Able to use precision measuring equipment
• Must be able to lift and move 50lbs
• Mechanical knowledge

Compensation is $22-33/Hour DOE

Day Shifts: Monday-Friday, starting at 5am, 6am or 7am

Swing Shift: 2pm-3pm to 11pm
