We provide housing for individuals with various disabilities. Shifts involve assisting clients in their homes, including managing and administering medication, helping with cooking and cleaning, handling behavioral situations, and teaching other life skills.

Additionally, we operate a day program for our residents. Our staff work together to take clients out into the community and assist them in developing life and job skills.

We offer comprehensive training for all positions, as we provide round-the-clock care to our residents. To cater to this, we have a variety of shifts available throughout the week, from Sunday to Saturday. These shifts include 9am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, and a couple of overnight shifts from 10pm-9am.

Our staff members have the responsibility of ensuring the health and safety of our clients at home and helping them engage in community activities. Our goal is to provide our clients with fulfilling and meaningful experiences each day. We offer a starting wage of $15 per hour, with potential for growth in leadership roles and corresponding pay raises.
