Job Summary:
This position brings efficiency and detail to marketing and events efforts at KT Tape. This person will actively work with the KT Marketing and Events Teams to make sure requests are being fulfilled and processes are streamlined to get product, samples, and branding out to where they are needed in an organized manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Tracks inventory levels of marketing swag, event activation items, and miscellaneous marketing items
• Input, fulfillment, packing, tracking, and receiving of all marketing, events, and sales tradeshow activation materials and product
• Management of comprehensive marketing samples tracker to keep a record of product sample shipments and tracking to media, partners, influencers, ambassadors, etc.
• Documentation of Partner VIK requests to track orders against contract allotment of product per year
• Coordinates with events team to effectively manage inventory of product to each event and communication with the warehouse team on shipping and receiving activation items according to the calendar
• Manages events tablets and activation materials to make sure Square POS Item Listings are up to date and folders are ready to go when needed for upcoming events
• Monitors and fulfills requests that come in via events email for samples, raffle prizes, and gift bags for events that fall within our target consumer communities
• As requested, attends events to represent the team, help manage on-site staff, ensure smooth activation, demonstration of correct set-up/tear-down processes, or otherwise
• As requested, contributes to new staff taping training sessions and quarterly event staff meetings
• As requested, assembles full kits for production shoots and participates in productions as needed
• Coordinates with creative team to receive and allocate physical deliverables for event campaigns
• Manages Sample Orders in Netsuite for marketing and events (executive and sales teams as needed)
• Helps to fulfill marketing requests for product inventory levels as needed via Netsuite, in a timely manner
• Assist with ideation, vendor coordination, and assembling of employee gifts for holiday season or company meetings as needed
• Participate in year-end warehouse inventory processes of events and marketing product, activations items, and swag
• Assistance to HR, Warehouse and Sales team as needed

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma (College Degree preferred, not required)

Additional Notes:
Work must be done during a standard business day, but hours can be somewhat flexible. Position is for 20-25 hours per week on-site.
