Among other things the work will also involve arranging venues and schedules for meetings, write internal communications documents, including emails to inform the network of important notices, ensure appropriate follow up of actions, present progress and results, establish contact lists and update information periodically. The coordinator will be under the supervision of the Head of the Administration Department and might be requested to perform any other relevant duties as required.
