The purpose of the Tennis Court/Pool Maintenance at Latrobe Country Club is to ensure that the tennis courts and pool areas are clean and maintained in accordance with the high standards of LCC. The ideal candidate must have an eye for detail and be comfortable speaking with members and guests in a courteous and professional manner at all times.

Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)

Tennis

· Prepare the Har Tru courts daily, more often if needed. This includes watering, brushing, and cleaning lines.

· Ensure Tennis furniture is in good repair and organized.

· Perform daily opening and closing procedures.

· Greet members and guests that may encounter.

· Ensure that equipment is handled and used properly.

· Report any equipment or other issues in need of repair to the General Manager.

· Operates all equipment related to tennis court maintenance.

· Perform any other duties that may be required by management.

Pool

• Checks cleanliness and cleans restrooms.
• Pick up trash inside and outside of the pool fence.
• Straighten and clean tables and chairs.
• Reports to management any malfunction of equipment.
• Perform any other duties that may be required by management from time to time.

• Ability to pay attention to detail and identify cleanliness needs and standards.

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

· Must be able to endure long periods of standing, sitting, and walking.

· Must be able to stand, run, bend and be active for long periods of time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
