LATN is currently seeking freelance **ONSITE in the Metro Atlanta** Bulgarian interpreters with at least one year of interpreting experience .

THIS IS NOT A FULL-TIME POSITION-This is a freelance position with assignments available within flexible business hours, Monday through Friday on an as needed basis.

Duties:

• Provide interpreting services as an independent contractor in medical and legal and educational venues.
• Perform in accordance with the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care (NCIHC) Code of Ethics and HIPAA regulations.
• Perform interpreting duties in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Must demonstrate fluency in English and a 2nd language.
• Must have flexibility to accept assignments during weekdays and business hours.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Pass a written test over the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• Able to comply with credentialing requirements for independent contractors working in healthcare facilities.
• Able to pass language proficiency in both languages.
• Certificate of training - BRIDGING THE GAP Certificate or equivalent training course - (preferred).
• Must be punctual and responsible.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
