Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full cycle recruiting, with a strong understanding of HRIS and ATS software. The Senior Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers of employment. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings
• Extend offers of employment and negotiate salary and benefits packages
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HRIS and ATS software
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on recruitment activities
• Stay current with recruitment trends and best practices
