Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects within the manufacturing domain, with a special emphasis on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. This is a 6 month contract to direct hire.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, resource allocation, and budget constraints.
• Lead project teams in the execution of tasks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project milestones.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and potential issues.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement risk management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manufacturing Industry Expertise:
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes to streamline project workflows and optimize efficiency.
• Provide insights into industry best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) Experience:
• Demonstrate expertise in managing projects related to Printed Circuit Boards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of PCBs into larger manufacturing projects.
