Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer who possesses in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and has hands-on experience in implementing and customizing IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline and enhance our IT processes. This position is 90% remote and requires a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow Development:

   • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog, to meet business requirements.
   • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on best practices and industry standards.

2. Integration and Automation:

   • Collaborate with other teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
   • Create and maintain integration solutions using APIs, web services, and middleware.

3. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
   • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment between ServiceNow implementations and overall IT strategies.

4. Documentation:

   • Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
   • Create user guides and provide training to end-users and support teams.

5. Continuous Improvement:

   • Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, features, and industry best practices.
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the ServiceNow platform.
