Job Title: Senior Program Finance Analyst
Location: Mclean, VA (Hybrid)
Hourly Rate: $45 - $52 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and support for various programs and projects
• Develop, maintain, and analyze program budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program objectives
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program finance or related role
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint or similar financial management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• US citizenship or permanent residency required for certain projects
