Latitude is Hiring a SaaS Sales & Solutions Engineer (Hybrid) Near Austin, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Sales & Solutions Engineer with a background in Software as a Service (SaaS) or technical product companies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales by combining technical expertise with strong sales acumen. As a SaaS Sales & Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, present technical solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our SaaS offerings. This position is remote 2 days, onsite 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and technical offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our solutions.
  • Pre-Sales Consultation:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor technical presentations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Solution Design:
  • Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to customize solutions to meet client needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Act as a technical liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Support:
  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process to overcome technical objections and secure deals.
  • Assist in the creation of technical proposals, documentation, and responses to RFPs.
