This position is fully remote but applicants are preferred to be located within the United States Eastern Standard Time Zone or Central Time Zone. Salary is $25-30/hr depending on experience and education. All viable candidates must have DOD Government Contracting experience)

Job Description 

• Sales invoice generation, preparation, review and release for posting
• Resolve customer billing issues 
• Perform collection calls
• Post cash receipts to AR
• Assist with contract closeout process
• Perform banking transactions
• Process payables 
• Purchase invoice receipt, review, coordination of approval, payment and posting 

Requirements

• 2 years DOD Government contracting AR/AP experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented
