This position is looking for someone who is able to work onsite 1-2 days a week in Arlington, VA and requires US citizenship. This is a 5-month temp to hire position that is looking to pay around $45-$55/hr. This position does require a clearable citizen and is looking to hire ASAP.Job Responsibilities:Manage proposal efforts with Business Development, CRI Business Units, CRI’s Contracts and Human Resources, as well as external
team members. Drive the proposal process and be proactive in meeting milestones and deadlines.Work with the Contracts/Legal team to prepare SOWsManage and oversee all aspects of assigned RFI’s and RFPs from receipt through delivery.Customize proposal text for specific opportunitiesAddress proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviews and approvals.Provide proposal guidance and mentoringAssist with initiatives and process improvementsPreferred QualificationsProficient in MS-Office applications Outlook, Teams, Word, PPT, Excel,Good understanding of clinical studiesStrong preference for graphical experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsMust be able to multi-taskMust be able to work under pressure and with tight timelinesBachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Business, or a related fieldAt least 8 yearsof Federalproposal experienceAt least 2 years of experience as a Proposal Manager in the federal government IT, Physical Security Support Services markets
