Position Overview: As a Remote PHP JavaScript Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our software solutions. You will be responsible for building and enhancing our web applications using PHP and JavaScript technologies. This is a fully remote position, and the successful candidate must be able to work independently and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Requirements:

• 5 years of overall software engineering experience.
• 3 years of experience with JavaScript.
• 1 year of experience with PHP.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to take cognitive pre-employment and code tests.
• Comfortable working in the EST time zone.
• US Citizenship required due to government regulations.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with other programming languages such as Python or Ruby.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
