Latitude is Hiring a Loan Processor Near Frederick, MD

New Job Opportunity - Loan Processor:

New job opportunity with a client based out of Frederick, MD. Looking to hire a Loan Processor with at least one year of professional work experience (Do not need to have experience processing loans - Will train).
Must be motivated and willing to learn. 
We are trying to fill this role within the next 2 weeks. 

Logistics of the Role:

  • Full Time - Direct Hire - salary ranging from 55-60k
  • On Site initially for training, then one day work from home

Day to Day Activities:

  • Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower’s credit, employment, income and assets as required by the particular loan program before submitting to underwriting.
  • Assemble the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
  • Verify all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file.
  • Complete the required loan checklist.
  • Set up loan files 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelors degree is preferred 
  • At least a year of professional work experience
  • Great Communication and Customer Service
