Job Title: Technical Recruiter - Government Contracting (Hybrid)

Salary: $30-35

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
• Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within government contracting and IT.
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of government contracting requirements and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
