Position Overview:

As a Remote Secret Cleared ServiceNow Developer, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that meet our clients' needs. This position is open to both Junior and Mid-level developers who are eager to contribute to meaningful projects and grow their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to automate and streamline business processes.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems and tools, ensuring seamless data exchange.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of ServiceNow applications, resolving technical issues and optimizing performance.
• Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, adhering to coding standards, security guidelines, and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience for Junior level; 3-5 years of experience for Mid-level, in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
• ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Application Developer) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
