Position Overview:

As an Accounting Specialist - A/R, you will play a critical role in managing the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable Management:
• Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices in accordance with established billing schedules.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate application of payments.
• QuickBooks Proficiency:
• Utilize QuickBooks to record and reconcile financial transactions related to Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information and billing details.
• High-Volume A/R Invoicing:
• Handle high-volume A/R invoicing efficiently and accurately, meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and authorization for invoicing.
• Collections and Payment Processing:
• Implement effective collection strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and minimize aging.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on A/R aging, cash flow projections, and other relevant financial metrics.
• Provide insights and analysis related to A/R performance to support decision-making.
