Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Full-Time ABA Behavior Technician at our specialized summer camp for children aged 3-8 with ASD or related disorders. As a family-owned and locally operated company, we offer a supportive environment with opportunities for career growth and professional development. Under the guidance of experienced clinicians, you'll have the chance to expand your skills and knowledge in behavior analysis.
Requirements
Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior and treatment plans under senior clinician supervision.
• Maintain regular communication with senior staff.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills while upholding professional boundaries.
• Collect and report data to clinicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians on behavior plan modifications.

Requirements:

• Pass a background check.
• Possess reliable transportation and car insurance.

Work Experience/Education:

• RBT certification preferred (training provided if not certified).
• Pursuing a master's or BCBA preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in ABA services preferred.

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
