Working in the field of Autism care, we have seen the shortage and inaccessibility of quality, evidence-based ABA therapy. At Latitude Therapy our mission is to use cutting edge technology to make sure that every child can access the services they need without compromising on quality. We are dedicated to making therapy and parent training easily accessible to families from the comfort of their home. Our services are in high demand and the company is growing quickly. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR director to recruit, hire and onboard our expanding staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Looking for someone who has prior experience with leading and motivating HR teams
- This candidate must have prior experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition specialist
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field
- 2 years of HR experience
- Prior experience with platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake, as well as job fairs, interviewing, and more
- Great technical skills
- Someone who is a team player and is able to collaborate
- Prior experience in the ABA field is major bonus!!!
Responsibilities
- Interview potential candidates
- Review resumes and applications
- Attend job fairs
- Network with potential referral sources
- Post positions to different job boards and sites
- Oversee talent acquisition
