Latitude Corp. is an employee-owned precision metal manufacture located in Verona, Wisconsin. Latitude Corp. is looking for a qualified candidate to work in their Machining Department. This is a full-time hourly position, with the potential for overtime.

Pay: Up to $36.00 per hour based on experience!

Shift: 2nd Shift

What are the Main Job Responsibilities?

• Run job within quality and efficiency expectations on 3 axis mills or lathes after the setup was completed by a trained setup machinist.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance and upkeep of equipment and instruments used once properly trained.
• Read, understand and explain blueprints
• Utilize math skills, calipers, micrometers, and associated measuring equipment.

What are the Minimum Qualifications?

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must have some basic math and reading skills
• Must be able to visually inspect parts
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand and bend over for long periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation

What are the Preferred Qualifications?

• Willingness to learn and be taught machining
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, strong attention to details, and ability to multi-task and trouble shoot
