Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience working as a bartender or server is required
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques for bartender
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Excellent math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing tabs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures is a plus
